Ruth began practicing piano at age 3. She was trained by Hoffman and Cortot who were masters of 20th century.

She was welcomed by worldly famous orchestra, and by her mid 30's, she already had concert for 3000 times.

There are lot of her records that became hit. However, when she was 38, she became ill and her doctor stopped her from performing. Then she started teaching in the university. Although she hadn't performed on the huge stage anymore, she continued practicing piano and kept her ability as a pianist.
