Our knowledgeable technical staff is dedicated to taking a proactive
approach. We will go through extensive reporting, network monitoring,
and notifying you if your system is experiencing problems. Our technical
support team can solve any issue you may have.
We can provide from 4 hrs to next-day on-site support, excluding weekends
and holidays. A field service technician will contact you directly to
make an appointment to repair or replace the defective equipment. On-site
service shall be performed from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday,
excluding holidays observed at the user site.
